This oxygenated, leaded fuel is perfect for drag racing as well as oval track and off-road applications in which the racer wants more power while maintaining detonation protection. It works well in high compression engines, up to 17:1. And is also compatible with smaller shot/moderate boost power adders where oxygenated fuels are permitted. Increased fuel flow is required to balance the higher levels of oxygen in EX 118.
